Dark Cacao Powder
I?m a big lover of chocolate. I?m sure you?ve heard of the benefits of dark chocolate, but did you know that dark cacao powder is just as good for you?
The reason why is because it is packed with antioxidants. Another benefit is that if you have a massive sweet tooth (like me) that it will help satisfy that some. It also lacks in the sugar added to regular milk chocolate, which is excellent!

In another study of 40 women with abdominal obesity, supplementing 30 mL of coconut oil per day led to a reduction in waist circumference in a 12-week period.
How should you incorporate coconut oil in your diet? Just get a tablespoon straight from the jar and eat it. It?s as easy as that.
Apple Cider Vinegar?
Adding 1 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to 8 ounces of water and sipping it throughout the day may help boost weight loss efforts. All types of vinegar have been used over the years to aid weight loss, because they help make you feel full ? as the studies have shown it helps to suppress ones appetite.
A study showed that participants who consumed apple cider vinegar for 12 weeks managed to achieve significant declines in body weight as well as abdominal fat, waist circumference and triglycerides.
